The booklet takes you through a journey of balancing, imbuing your self with the energy of each planet on its day and revealing your personal state of balance with each celestial archetype, and then through a process of re-working the relationships you have with these energies to bring greater harmony.
First, each of the Magisteries is used daily, supported by meditation ideas and energetic attributions for each planet's archetype that will help you connect with that day's energy. Balanced and imbalanced energies become apparent, and in the second phase, the out-of-balance planet is worked with more intensely to return its influence on your life to a positive one.
